You were “Great” in most aspects. However, I am disappointed that you did not fully disclose that when I allowed you to set up an escrow account for the loan, you DID NOT tell me that the new servicer would be charging me an outrageous fee just to waive the escrow! I’m going to pay it because, as I had told you, I’ve never had an escrow account and I hate them. Paying a reasonable fee to waive it might be ok, but to pay a fee as a percentage of the loan amount is unconscionable!
